Kid goat meat

Maxorata semi-cured cheese

Sliced bread

Onion and leek

Olive oil

Salt and pepper


Stew the kid goat meet with the leek and onion. When complete, debone and assemble in round moulds.

Cut the cheese using a ring the same size as the moulds. Use a roller to compress the bread as much as possible and cut.

Build the sandwich with a layer of bread, one of cheese, the lamb, another layer of cheese and another of bread.

Fry in a pan with a drop of oil and serve.
